Noel Leeming just announced the appointment of Sean Stephens as GM of Retail Services, including Tech Solutions, the in-store Open Learning Centres and the Mobile Learning service for schools.
Stephens spent the last 14 years in roles supporting US consumer electronics retailer Best Buy's Geek Squad services business, including being an integral part of the initial roll out of Geek Squad into all 1,000+ Best Buy stores.
He also led the effort to bring Geek Squad into the home theatre, car electronics and appliance spaces and, most recently, led the Services Growth team responsible for bringing new service offerings to market.
Sean Stephens began his career at Accenture where he spent three years consulting at numerous Fortune 500 companies, before moving to Best Buy in 2002.
