It’s a Revlation
An interesting start-up project that has been getting plenty of support is the Revl Arc (photo above). Calling itself “the worlds smartest action camera” as well as the “world’s smallest 4K camera” the compact and user-friendly Revl Arc is clearly gunning for the GoPro customer and this interesting product does boast some impressive specs.
Its key point of difference is its stabilisation capability, combining a built-in motorised gimbal with electronic image stabilisation to keep the view level to the horizon without the need for bulky accessories, even in the most challenging and extreme situations.
Revl Arc is another digital imaging player to look at simplifying editing, using sensory AI that automatically identifies the most exciting moments in captured footage to create a sharable video instantly.
Users can also fine-tune their own videos using the Revl app before sharing. The campaign has met its funding goals so we may see more of the Revl Arc.
GoPro gets editing, teases new drone

Replay lets users select video clips and combine them into a single film complete with transitions and music while Splice, from Vemory, is a robust mobile video application that provides a lot of tools not found in GoPro’s mobile editing app.
