Breville slow cookers and pressure cookers
15 June 2012: New Breville slow cookers and pressure cookers are designed to make winter recipes more flavoursome and meat more tender. The Breville Flavour Maker allows users to sear meat to create rich caramelised flavours before slow cooking to infuse and tenderise, without having to change pans. Users can also sear, sauté and brown ingredients directly on the stovetop using the removable EasySear Pan.
The Fast Slow Cooker combines a pressure cooker and slow cooker in one appliance offering tender meat in minutes using the pressure cook setting or flavour layering up to 8 hours using slow cook setting.
