How to digitise those old photos & slides?
17 July 2012: Kaiser Baas has introduced the portable PhotoScanner. Enabling easy scanning of high-resolution photos and documents, up to A4, without the need for a computer, PhtotoScanner is easy to use with a one-touch scan button for fast results. Photos and documents can be scanned at up to 600dpi directly to an SD or SDHC card and an LCD screen, located on top of the scanner, allows you to preview and playback your scanned images in full colour.
Also new from Kaiser Baas is the PhotoMaker (above). Designed to enable users to easily and conveniently convert old 35mm slides and photo negatives to pristine digital JPEG or TIFF format, it’s compatible with both PC and MAC. PhotoMaker also comes with an airbrush and gloves to help protect your 35mm negatives and slides while you work with them. Easy to use editing software, also included, allows you to tweak and improve images prior to printing, e-mailing, archiving or burning the photos to CD or DVD. PhotoMaker Pro has all the features that the PhotoMaker has, but operates without the need for a computer.
