Team changes at Electrolux Home Products

18 June 2012: Electrolux Home Products recently announced some changes to its personnel which will be of interest to retailers.

Amongst its sales team, Steven Fry is the new Field Sales Force Manager, with Donna Rochford Key Account Manager and Nicki Treves the South Island Territory Manager. (All above, L-R.)

There has also been a restructuring of its Technical Team, which is led by Neville Sammons as Technical Team Leader, with Lyn Trainer as Technical Advisor and Carolyn Child as Technical Representative. (All above, L-R.)

The reorganisation also takes in the Customer Central Team. Led by Sharon James (left) as Customer Central Manager, all customer service personnel will now be handling queries from retailers, consumers and Authorised Service Centres.

For retailers this change will mean shorter wait times, only dealing with one person and better coverage, says Electrolux Home Products.
